Not quiet, but solid device.
This projector works great; easy set up, clear picture, simple controls, and even easy keystone adjustment. The one thing I didn't expect was to hear it. If you're getting it for powerpoint presentations, it may be a little loud. I use it for videos so the volume of the video overpowers the projector, but I was disappointed because I do also use it in a small classroom setting where it would be nice if I couldn't hear it. I don't know Dbs, but it's louder than I had hoped. The Decibals weren't listed in the specs. That would've been nice. Top to learn more
For the price a good buy
We use it for backyard movies. Works great. The bulb went out after about 2 hrs use and Espon was very quick to replace it. This not top of the line. Great for what we use it for. Top to learn more

It's Everything I've expected!!!
Nice USB to PC connection it's truly a Plug n' Play! I just scanned through the Quick Guide and I was able to operate the projector easily. My only concern was whether the 2600 lumens would be enough light intensity considering the natural light present, not to mention the church's plain white wall being used to project image. However, it was plenty enough the projected image off of Power Point presentation was quite legible and colorful from over 300 ft. Needless to say, I highly recommend this product!!!

Easy-to-use computer projector
I ordered this projector based upon the very positive reviews. I am tired of using the traditional computer projector with it's video connector and the associated fussing with the F9 key to get the right output to the projector. This projector connects via the USB port. The projector's software is self-contained on the unit. Installation on my Mac laptop was almost instantaneous. The laptop's desktop appeared almost immediately. Installation on my Windows laptop was as simple and almost as quick. The projector also permits multiple source connections, and the remote allows the operator to toggle between the video sources. I received notice of shipment on Sunday, and it arrived on Tuesday. That is incredible service.

Great Projector for the Money!
Overall this was an awesome projector. I bought it during Black Friday sale back in 2009 for $400, and must say it proved to be just about the best $400 I ever spent. The image quality is great, and though it's native resolution is only SVGA, I got it to process a 720p resolution from my XBOX which I would say definitely served for a nicer picture and all it required was a RGB to VGA cable I bought from amazon or ebay for like $15. The projector is very bright and has some useful picture adjusting features (IE. squeeze or shrink a single edge in case it is not square to a wall). Also, I found the speaker to be pretty quiet, I didn't even know it had one till I bought it. But I just plugged in some computer speakers into the 3.5 mm auxiliary jack which muted out the projectors speaker. Also, I should note that the plug-and-play feature, though it is useful, is not good to use with any sort of video media. It is very choppy as it is pushed over the USB cable, and slow to render whatever... Top to learn more

Aside from a few "set-up" problems that were quickly and efficiently answered by a telephone call to Epson's support folks, this is an outstanding product. Excellent entry level LCD projector. Easy setup and operation
Customer Video Review Length:: 5:36 MinsThe Epson EX3210 is an excellent entry level LCD projector. I found it very easy to setup on both PC and Macintosh computers. Oddly, I had a small issue installing the USB driver on my Mac laptop. When I connected the USB cable to my Mac, the mac popped up an alert that it could not identify the keyboard. I dismissed that dialog box and proceeded with the USB video driver installation and once that was done, the projector paired up with the computer easily. No issues whatsoever connecting the VGA cable to the PC with Windows 7. The projector was immediately recognized by the laptop and the computer automatically started sending the video signal to the LCD projector.Brightness is in my opinion outstanding, even in a bright room with a lot of fluorescent lighting. I had my projector 8 feet from a wall and the image on the wall was roughly 6 feet wide and about 44 inches tall.I was impressed with the amount of features in this very... Top to learn more

I am a teacher and am using two versions of this projector currently in my classrooms, the EX7210 and the EX3210. This review includes both general information about the two projectors and describes the differences between them. General review of the Epson Multimedia Projector: Applicable to both modelsThe projector itself is smaller than I expected. It is also reasonably light and comes with a carry case for easy transport. As teacher who moves from room to room the portability is handy. The carry case has a strap long enough to throw it over your shoulder, a real plus when you are juggling stuff between classrooms. The case has a front pocket for the power cord and remote as well. Very easy to setup, fast warmup time, light and compact
Epson EX3210 ProjectorThe Epson EX3210 projector is almost an entry-level projector that works well for traveling or casual presentations. The unit is very light weight, and the connectivity options are excellent. The user has the option of using USB (drivers required), VGA, S-Video, and even RCA composite. I chose to use VGA since that is what we typically do at work due to limitations for USB/drivers, and the fact not many modern devices use S-Video or RCA composite. HDMI would have been a nice option, but it is overkill for the 800x600-ish low resolution of the projector. Although, the EX3210 did an outstanding job of replicating widescreen formats without any distortion. There's an option of using the normal mode (worked fine for my Dell Studio laptop) or 4:3 or 16:9.The resolution isn't too bad for presentations, although I found that beautiful PowerPoint slides containing detailed photographs becomes more blurred on the projector display. Pleased, With Small Gripes.
I searched and compared projectors for a long time before settling on this one. I need a highly portable, easily set-up, projector for slideshows, movies, presentations, and the occasional killer gaming session. I'm not using it for home theatre or anything high-tech. So far I'm very satisfied. It's easy to set up with basic electronic A/V knowledge. It's less confusing than other projectors I've worked with, and the A/V mute and instant on/off are particularly handy. The remote does just about everything too. My big problem is that it has USB connectivity to a computer, Plug-n-play!!, but only for PCs! As a Mac user I was frustrated that it did not say ANYTHING about this in the specs until I opened the box. Especially frustrating is that earlier models seemed to have good connectivity with Macs, so I don't know what happened. However, no biggie because it still connects with the component cable, and even to my iPod with the help of the iPod A/V cable. All-in-all a good purchase,... Top to learn more
High Quality for Price
I got this projector for use on projector cart for the K-8 school where I work. The ability of the device to turn on quickly, to identify the correct video source, automatically, and to shut down quickly is really valuable in an environment where harried teachers may not always be patient enough to follow instructions. Easy setup, easy switching among devices, a bright image even in a partially lit classroom makes for a great choice. We have two other Epson projectors () which are nearly identical to the EX30 except for the larger number of interface options including HDMI.The short throw of the projector does mean that the cart needs to be pretty close to the projection surface. Bright and inexpensive
The bulb in our 4-year-old Epson projector finally burned out. We use it for a couple of hours almost every night, and the kids watch movies on it a lot during the weekends. Our previous projector used bulbs that were $350-$400 to replace, so it was a joy to see that these are so much less expensive. The fact that they are so bright is a wonderful plus.
